New Chief Executive Officer
World Vision South Africa has hired an energetic and talented woman Paula Barnard as the new National Director/Chief Executive Officer. She started working for World Vision on 1st of February 2013.
Paula is a South African citizen with diverse experience in management and marketing. She is a dynamic entrepreneur and leader with proven successes in creating and implementing successful business strategies, as well as managing cross-functional teams and multi-million rand budgets. She has managed projects in various sectors including retail, financial services, engineering, property development, public sector and Information Technology.
Just before joining World Vision, Paula was the CEO of Thoughtfrontiers Consulting and proprietor of DigiBox. Her experience includes several years of work with the banking industry including First National Bank and Nedbank.
