Supporting the vulnerable

Our focus is to help the most vulnerable children living in the most dangerous places to overcome poverty and experience fullness of life. We help children of all backgrounds, inspired by our Christian faith.

We tackle child poverty at its roots. With your support, we come alongside communities to bring lifesaving healthcare, clean water, nutrition, quality education, child protection and ways for families to make a living.

We empower communities to set their own goals for transformation and stay for up to 15 years to ensure families are self-sufficient, healthy and thriving when we leave. Because we empower children and their community, the changes we make together last.

Clean Water

We are the largest non-government provider of safe water in the developing world

Malnutrition

Our programmes have an 89% cure, surpassing the industry standard of 75%

Disease

Our TB programmes have an 88% success rate compared to the industry average 85%

Nathan's Story

Giving Back - From Poverty to Providers

Zambia, where Nathan, 9, lives, is experiencing a hard drought. He and his family are resilient, however, thanks in part to the 4 goats World Vision provided to his family in 2016. Goats are the backbone of their financial success, Nathan’s father Diyo says. “Before we got goats, the children had no milk and sometimes we went to bed hungry. Now they are healthy and go to school.” The family have come so far that in 2018, they shared some goats with other families in need through World Vision’s Animal Give-back programme. "I was so happy that we could do it!” Nathan's mother Eunice says.
