Flash Display Solutions, designers and manufacturers of display systems and accessories, has joined with World Vision South Africa in enterprise development and donated flame retardant fabric to the value of R51 000 to selected World Vision SA in-community programmes.
“Our grateful thanks goes to Flash Display for their generosity,” says World Vision SA national director, Paula Barnard. “The fabric is being sent to some of our programmes where it will be used by the local community to make useful items such as curtains, shopping bags, purses, and cushions – thus supporting us in our efforts to build economic development in the areas where we operate.”
Monique Robinson, Flash Display’s managing member, says the company is proud to be able to support World Vision South Africa, “for the continued and steadfast focus they have on improving the wellbeing of children all over the country – through various community development initiatives.”
Flash Display Solutions also sponsored free branding and printing of the material for World Vision South Africa’s stunning stand at the Good Food & Wine Festival in Cape Town recently, which helped to draw visitors and increase the level of awareness of what World Vision SA is striving to achieve among vulnerable children of South Africa.
